Inspired by the lyric “and I can go anywhere I want, anywhere I want, just not home.” This piece captures the heavy, agonizing reality of political exile. The suitcase, covered in global stamps alongside the Islamic Republic passport and the Lion and Sun flag, represents a painful truth: possessing the freedom to travel the entire world, while facing the dangerous impossibility of returning to the Iran you stand for.
